Kevin has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater and attended the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh where he received his MBA. Kevin has various experience in the accounting world as an Auditor for a public accounting firm, served as Controller for Paper Converting Machine Company in Green Bay and has now been the Finance Director for Green Bay Packaging Coated Products for the last 13 years. Kevin's areas of expertise include manufacturing accounting, operational analysis, accounting systems, product costing and product profitability optimization.

Started in 1933, Green Bay Packaging is a family-owned, vertically integrated company consisting of corrugated container plants, folding cartons, recycled and virgin linerboard mills, pressure-sensitive label roll stock, specialty converting operations, timberlands, and a sawmill facility. Headquartered in Green Bay, Wis., Green Bay Packaging Inc. is dedicated to innovative development of its products and forestry resources, with a focus on quality, sustainability and continuous improvement throughout all of its manufacturing facilities. Green Bay Packaging has 31 locations across the U.S. and Mexico.

Their Coated Products operations began in 1984. They manufacture pressure sensitive label stock for various applications. They have coating operations in Green Bay, WI, Winchester, VA and Mexico City. In addition, they have slitting and distribution facilities in four other US locations and Canada. Coated Products employs over 430 people throughout North America. The Green Bay Coated Products facility went through a major $95M expansion beginning in 2013, adding 300,000 square feet of space and modernizing the facility.
